摘要:In paralel to crisis management, crisis communication management is also one of the leading point that effect the results and success of the crisis management. Crisis communication is a special area of communication which consist of many strategic communication tools and synchronized management of various vendors including government agencies, media and public. The main target of the crisis communication is obtaining crisis and/or eliminating negative effects of crisis and rapid response to match public attention with valid information in a) before the crisis, b) during the crisis and c) after the crisis stages. This research focus on the steps which needs to be taken on these three stages of crisis communication, implementing strategic communication with media and public and how to deal with crisis in terms of crisis communication management strategies. As part of the study a crisis scale/table has been created to define the possible effects both in current and prospective position. The possible effects and the steps which should be taken to minimize crisis effects could be retrieved by the help of the given scale.
