  • 摘要:In this study, it was aimed to investigate the nutritional habits of the university students who were trained in the first and emergency aid department due to Covid-19 disease in the social isolation period. Participants are students who receive first and emergency aid education at the university. The questionnaires filled by 170 students were evaluated. 65 male and 105 female university students participated in the study. The questionnaires, personal information form and social media exposure survey were used by the nutrition habits index developed by Demirezen & Çoşansu (2005). SPSS 23.00 package program was used in statistical operations. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed to test whether the data was normally distributed and it was determined that the data showed normal distribution. Independent t-test, paired t-test, unidirectional variance analysis and LSD tests were used in statistical operations. Ethics committee approval was given at the meeting of Trabzon University Social and Humanities Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee on 30.06.2020/81614018-000-E.204. My students' nutritional habits before the outbreak and during the outbreak were not statistically significant (p>0.05). The pre-outbreak nutrition scores of the students were significantly lower than the nutritional scores during the outbreak period (p 0,05). While the number of meals skipped in men and women before the outbreak was different, it was found similar during the outbreak. Although there was no significant difference in terms of gender, women made more changes in their diet compared to men during the pandemic. There was a significant difference in nutritional scores between those exposed to little or no information about Covid-19 outbreak on social media and those who were exposed too much. The diet of those who were exposed was badly affected (p <0.05). Nutritional scores of those who do sports 6-7 days a week were found to be significantly lower than others (p <0.05). The negatives in the eating habits of those who do sports 6-7 days a week is lower than those who do less sports. Conclusion: In this study, it was found that the eating habits of first and emergency aid students were similar in gender during the Covid-19 outbreak process, but were negatively affected by the outbreak period. It is thought that if future studies are carried out with more participants in different sample groups, it will be important in terms of evaluating nutritional habits.
