  • 摘要:Access to information involves a process that develops under the influence of many factors. Factors such as accessibility and speed can affect the process of accessing information. In addition to these factors, access to correct information is also important. These listed features are among the subjects that should be emphasized in terms of developing research skills of students in educational processes. Textbooks are effective not only in conducting in-class teaching processes, but also in guiding students' out-of-class studies through research assignments. For this reason, it is thought that the research instructions in the Turkish textbooks should be analyzed qualitatively. The aim of the study conducted in this direction is to make a comparative analysis of the in terms of qualifications of the research instructions in Turkish textbooks. In this study, which is a qualitative study, it has been benefited from document analysis and descriptive analysis during data collection and evaluation stages. In the research process, 6th and 8th grade Turkish textbooks taught in the 2019-2020 academic year were examined comparatively. It was observed that both textbooks had instructions under the title of “preparation for the next lesson” at the stage of determining the research instructions. Accordingly, the instructions and the activities in which they were presented were examined in the research. The theme areas determined during the study of the textbooks during the research process are listed under the following headings: Resource knowledge in research instructions, comprehension skills effectively used in research process, expression skills used effectively during presentation. According to the results of the research, it was observed that the instructions used for the preparation of the next lesson were included in different numbers in the books. One of the issues that come to the forefront as a result of the research is that the internet as a source in the instructions is higher rate than other sources.
