摘要:This paper introduces a model for supporting human resource allocation decisions in software development projects. The model’s underlying allocation method is based on an extension of the bio-inspired response threshold model and takes into account various aspects of the human resource allocation problem, such as the skills of available human resources, activity-related skill requirements as well as social ties/relationships among involved human resources. The model is demonstrated using an exemplar case problem concerning human resource allocation to a set of software development tasks.
