摘要：this article shares the experience of designing, developing and operating big integrated information systems in public institutions and large business organizations. It demonstrates the major advantages and disadvantages of the different means of creating an integrated information system. The main development stages of an IS are reviewed while paying attention to the most common problems associated with this process.
