摘要：Les régions situées entre Garonne et Pyrénées n’ont jamais bénéficié de recherches suivies sur l’habitat protohistorique et encore moins sur les établissements de hauteur et/ou fortifiés. À cela plusieurs explications.
其他摘要：The fortified settlements from the Protohistory in the pyrénéo-garonnaise area still suffer from an important deficit of researches. The latter is particularly marked for the Bronze Age and the beginning of the Iron Age. In spite of the importance of the gaps, it is possible to draw up a first assessment, by taking into account the best known sites. Three big types of fortifications are attested since the final Neolithic : surrounding walls, blocked spurs and supports on steep slope. The latter are always adapted to the topography. These settlements seem to gain in importance during the transition Bronze-Iron and can reach 5 or even 10 hectares. In the coming years, a collective research program should allow to progress significantly in the study of these sites.
