摘要:The magnitude of the food problem, the multiple negative consequences it has, both domestically and internationally, have led to increasing concerns for identifying the causes and ways to solve it. The COVID-19 pandemic will have lasting effects on people and nutrition, health, economies and food systems around the world. Mankind risks a food crisis, according to the FAO. The states of the world, whether they are developed or developing, must find viable solutions in order to be able to feed their populations and thus threatened by one of the most difficult crises in history. The planet is facing an unprecedented challenge, and meeting one of people's basic needs must be a global priority. The paper aims to sound the alarm about the dramatic consequences that the pandemic has on the planet through extremely low access to certain categories of food, to meet a basic need, the need for food.
