摘要：Ardahan Yalnızçam Uğurludağ region has been declared as a Culture and Tourism Conservation and Development Zone and has been found in the winter tourism development corridor due to its natural attraction. This unforgettable region in Turkey's tourism development strategy has not yet achieved the expected momentum and the expected contribution to the regional economy has not been achieved. For this reason, the present situation of the winter sports tourism center, its potential and contribution to the regional economy were discussed with destination stakeholders in this research. In the research, standardized open-ended interview technique was adopted. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the investments in the region have not been completed yet and therefore the stakeholders have some difficulties. It was stated that investments in accommodation, food and beverage, entertainment enterprises and daily facilities should increase especially with the infrastructure investments based on transportation. While it is thought that the increase in these investments will increase the tourist potential, it was emphasized that there is a lack of promotion and marketing. In addition, the participants stated that they expect a wide range of financial support from the state and especially local administrations such as incentive packages, congress organization, project acceptance, and restoration for the development of the destination.
其他摘要：Ardahan Yalnızçam Uğurludağ bölgesi, sahip olduğu doğal çekicilik sebebiyle hem Kültür ve Turizm Koruma ve Gelişim Bölgesi ilan edilmiş hem de kış turizmi gelişim koridorunda yer bulmuştur. Türkiye turizm gelişim stratejilerinde unutulmayan bu bölge, henüz beklenen ivmeyi yakalayamamış ve bölge ekonomisine beklenen katkı sağlanamamıştır. Bu sebeple bu araştırmada destinasyon paydaşları ile kış sporları turizm merkezinin mevcut durumu, sahip olduğu potansiyel ve bölge ekonomisine katkı derecesi görüşülmüştür. Araştırmada derinlemesine görüşme tekniklerinden standartlaştırılmış açık uçlu görüşme tekniği benimsenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda bölgedeki yatırımların henüz tamamlanmadığı ve bu sebeple paydaşların birtakım sıkıntılar yaşadığı tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle ulaşıma dayalı altyapı yatırımları ile birlikte konaklama, yiyecek-içecek, eğlence işletmeleri ve günübirlik tesis yatırımlarının artması gerektiği ifade edilmiştir. Bu yatırımların artmasının turist potansiyelini arttıracağı düşünülürken, özellikle tanıtım ve pazarlama eksikliği olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcılar, destinasyonun gelişimi için devletten ve özellikle yerel yönetimlerden teşvik paketleri, kongre organizasyonu, proje kabulü, restorasyon gibi çok çeşitli maddi destekler beklediklerini belirtmişlerdir.
