摘要:This study aims to describe a number of things that include the implementation of madrasa-based management at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection uses interview techniques, and documentation and to ensure the validity of the data triangulation techniques are used. The results of the study of the implementation of madrasa-based management at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar includes two things, curriculum management and student management. In implementing madrasah-based management through curriculum management there are several stages namely (1) Curriculum planning in MTsN 6 Tanah Datar by doing activities planning all aspects related to the curriculum. (2) Organizing the curriculum in MTsN 6 Tanah Datar by compiling a curriculum that includes: compiling a group of subjects, compiling learning loads at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar arrange lesson schedules, arrange self-development activities, divide teaching assignments for teachers according to their respective fields of expertise and determine teaching days. (3) Implementation of the curriculum at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar divided into two levels, kurikukulm school level and class level. (4) Curriculum evaluation in MTsN 6 Tanah Datar conduct curriculum analysis for 1 year. In the implementation of madrasah-based management through student management there are several components that need to be carried out viz (1) Admission of new students MTsN 6 Tanah Datar include: planning student acceptance by forming a committee Admission of new students determine the capacity of schools, make conditions for admission of new students, determine criteria for acceptance of new students, conduct promotions related to the admission of new students, and the implementation of new student systems through the selection path, and hold new student orientation. (2) reporting on student learning progress at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar include: children's personal books, daily assessment books, and student report cards (3) guidance and guidance of student discipline in MTsN 6 Tanah Datar including: students can strive and try to do the following things, be present at school 10 minutes before the lesson begins, participate in extracurricular activities of their choice, adhere to school rules, do not leave school without permission, and follow counseling guidance activities, etc. which can improve student discipline.
