摘要:Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu adanya kontribusi budaya organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Metodologi dalam penelitian ialah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif model regresi linier berganda. Sampel dilakukan terhadap 126 orang guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup dalam google form berdasarkan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis didapat dari uji t dan uji F. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: 1) Budaya organisasi berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 2) Etos kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya etos kerja akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 3) Budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 atau 69%, artinya, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 69%.
其他摘要:This research was conducted to find out the contribution of organizational culture and work ethic to the work productivity of civil servant teachers in SD Negeri in Setiabudi District. The methodology in this research is a quantitative approach to multiple linear regression models. The sample was carried out on 126 civil servant teachers of SD Negeri in Setiabudi District. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire on google form based on the Likert scale. Testing the hypothesis from the F test and the F test. The results show that there are several conclusions, namely: 1) Organizational culture contributes positively and significantly to the productivity of civil servant teachers at SD Negeri in Setiabudi District, meaning that organizational culture will increase teacher work productivity. 2) Work ethic contributes positively and significantly to the work productivity of civil servant teachers at SD Negeri in Setiabudi District, meaning that being loyal to work ethics will increase teacher work productivity. 3) Organizational culture and work ethic contribute to the work productivity of State SD PNS teachers in Setiabudi District with a determination coefficient of 0.690 or 69%, meaning that organizational culture and work ethic together contribute to work productivity (Y) by 69%.
