摘要：This paper addresses topics such as professional ethics, medical ethics and feminist ethics, investigates how they overlap in the case of misuse of patient information for personal purposes, and, based on the conducted ethical analysis, supports the development of a new field of theoretical and practical ethics – the ethics of personal space and personal data.
