摘要：The article is aimed at defining the strategic resources to ensure economic potential in the context of integration-diversification development of enterprise. The relevance of creating favorable economic conditions for sustainable functioning and growth of the level of technological development of enterprises, their provi-sion with necessary resources, which are the integral elements of expanded reproduction in the country, is proved. It is specified that for the effective functioning of enterprise it is necessary to have certain types of resources, their balanced quantitative and qualitative interaction in the real production process on the prin-ciples of integration and diversification. As a result of the study, it is determined that the economic potential of enterprise is an aggregate of a certain type stra-tegic resources that ensure the implementation of all activities of the enterprise through the use of its potential capabilities, which provides an aggregate effect allowing them to function effectively and form sustainable competitive advantages on the basis of integration and diversification development. A systemic model of ensuring economic potential on the basis of the integration-diversification development of enterprise is proposed, which in the conditions of formation of post-industrial society solves the main task – introduction of innovations and progressive changes at enterprise. The structure of strategic resources of the economic potential of enterprise is explored, among which special attention is paid to organizational resources, which are resources of the enterprise management system to carry out and coordinate its interaction with objects of both external and internal environment. Prospects for further research in this area are the formation of financial support for the strategy of integration-diversification development of enterprise on the basis of the implementation of the principles of synergetics.
其他摘要：Мета статті полягає у визначенні стратегічних ресурсів забезпечення економічного потенціалу в контексті інтеграційно-диверсифікаційно-го розвитку підприємства. Доведено актуальність створення сприятливих економічних умов для сталого функціонування та зростання рівня технологічного розвитку підприємств, їх забезпеченості необхідними ресурсами, що є невід’ємними елементами здійснення розширеного від-творення в країні. Зазначено, що для результативного функціонування підприємства необхідна наявність певних видів ресурсів, їх збалансована кількісна та якісна взаємодія в реальному виробничому процесі на принципах інтеграції та диверсифікації. У результаті дослідження визначено, що економічний потенціал підприємства являє собою сукупність певного виду стратегічних ресурсів, що забезпечують реалізацію всіх видів ді-яльності підприємства шляхом використання його потенційних можливостей і дозволяють за допомогою їх взаємодії ефективно функціонувати та формувати стійкі конкурентні переваги на основі інтеграційно-диверсифікаційного розвитку. Запропоновано системну модель забезпечення економічного потенціалу на основі інтеграційно-диверсифікаційного розвитку підприємства, що в умовах формування постіндустріального сус-пільства вирішує основне завдання – впровадження інновацій і прогресивних змін на підприємстві. Розглянуто структуру стратегічних ресурсів економічного потенціалу підприємства, серед яких особу увагу приділено організаційним ресурсам, які є ресурсами системи управління підпри-ємством, що здійснюють і координують його взаємодію з об’єктами зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Перспективами подальших до-сліджень у даному напрямі є формування фінансового забезпечення стратегії інтеграційно-диверсифікаційного розвитку підприємства на основі реалізації принципів синергетики.
