摘要：This study " Locational Analysis of the Saudi Arabia Manufacturing Sector " aimed to track changes in the industrial variables: number of factories, size of employment, and capital during the period from (2006-2015) by applying “Economic Base Theory” to describe and analyze the distribution of industries between different regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results of the study showed that despite the noticeable expansion and diversification of industrial activities, the same result is still localizing Saudi industry in three main regions: Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Eastern Region. The study also highlighted that about a third of the internal trade is contributed by the Eastern Region, approximately a fifth of which is contributed by Riyadh and another fifth by Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
其他摘要：هدفت هذه الدراسة " تحليل التوطن في القطاع الصناعي السعودي" إلى تتبع التغيرات التي طرأت على المتغيرات الصناعية: عدد المصانع، حجم العمالة، ورأس المال خلال الفترة من ( )2015-2006من خلال تطبيق نظرية " القواعد الاقتصادية " لوصف وتحليل توزيع الصناعات بين المناطق المختلفة في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أنه بالرغم من التوسع الملاحظ على الأنشطة الصناعة وتنوعها، إ ّلا أن هي النتيجة نفسها ما زالت توطن الصناعة السعودية في ثلاث مناطق رئيسية الرياض ومكة المكرمة والمنطقة الشرقية. كما أبرزت الدراسة أن حوالي خمسها تساهم به ًقريبا ثلث التجارة الداخلية تساهم بها المنطقة الشرقية، وت ا الرياض و خمس آخر تساهم بها مكة المكرمة.
