摘要:The article highlights the pedagogical conditions that contribute to improving the quality of training of future professionals in the field of tourism for professional interaction by means of project technologies. The significance of the research topic determines the need to ensure the quality of service in the tourism industry, and hence the level of training of qualified professionals for tourism, as an important component of the Ukrainian higher education system, a key indicator of which is effective professional interaction. The purpose of the article is to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future bachelors in tourism for professional interaction by means of project technologies. The essence of the concept of “condition” is revealed and the meaning of the concept of “pedagogical conditions” is characterized. On the basis of generalization of the existing scientific approaches the author’s own understanding of pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future bachelor in tourism for professional interaction by means of design technologies is given. It is proved that pedagogical conditions of increase of efficiency in preparation of future bachelors in tourism for professional interaction by means of project technologies are a complex of interconnected and interdependent factors which are connected with professional training of future experts in the field of tourism by means of design technologies. The pedagogical conditions of preparation of future bachelors in tourism for professional interaction by means of project technologies are presented and substantiated, which include: the creation of atmosphere of partnership interaction of teachers and students in the educational environment of higher education institution on the basis of project approach; activation of independent cognitive activity of future bachelors in tourism with the help of project technologies; high level of competence of teachers of higher education, their skills in the implementation of project technologies and their harmonious combination in educational and extracurricular activities of students. The essence of each of the defined conditions is explained. Reasonable selection of necessary and sufficient conditions is the next stage of optimization of the process of professional training of future bachelors in tourism on the formation of readiness for professional interaction by means of project technologies. Emphasis is placed on the fact that in the future, it is advisable to conduct a detailed study of each pedagogical condition separately.
