摘要：Research entitled The Policy of Principal of Madrasah in Improving the Dhuafa Students’ Quality. The purpose of this study was how the policy of madrasah in improving the dhuafa students’ quality at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation and Dhuafa Madania MA Madania Yogyakarta. Sources of data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was used descriptive qualitative. The result of this study was the policies of the principal of Madrasahthat apply the policy of the head foundation in improving the students’ quality having a fairly significant role. Policies that implemented and supported by young teachers could improve the students’ quality. The policies are first,free of school fees,secondly,students must live in a dormitory for supervision. As for routine activitieswas muhadoroh (speech conducted by students),muhadoroh is mandatory and all students must be involved in these activities,as well as in extracurricular activities were: sewing training,automotive,and graphic design. This training aims to explore students’' skills,and students are taught according to their skills.
