摘要：Searching in mountainous and forested areas is quite a difficult task if it is conducted by one reconnaissance group (RPG). It is considered more efficient to conduct a search with the involvement of several search teams, when each team conducts a search at a certain stage and passes the search baton after passing its stage to another team at the designated boundary. Relay search has its own characteristics and today it requires the development of a set of ways to conduct it, which would take into account these features. Currently, there are relevant and problematic issues of delivery of relay teams on the verge of entering the search, entering them in the search, passing the search baton, dissolving and collecting search commands in a limited search lane, detecting the enemy in the search lane. The list of tactical methods together constitutes a certain complex, which can be partially or completely implemented during the relay search in the given or other sequence. This list of methods was tested during field research and training to confirm their effectiveness. In the future, the list can be expanded in other new ways. Some problematic issues are the use of army aircraft to transport reconnaissance and search teams, evacuation of the wounded and dead, mining the boundaries (borders) of the search lane, identifying the enemy and directing search teams to it, and others. The solution of the above and other problematic issues related to the tactics of conducting a relay search in mountainous and forested areas should be provided by a set of appropriate tactical methods. This article discusses the methods of conducting a relay search in mountainous and forested areas, associated with the transfer of the search baton, detection of the enemy in the search lane, the dissolution and collection of search teams, delivery (withdrawal) of search teams at the border of search, using military aircraft , counteraction to fire ambushes, reorganization of military orders, transportation and evacuation of wounded and dead, blocking of the enemy, forcing him to surrender, detention of enemy representatives and delivery them to the investigative task force.
