摘要：The study provides a brief overview of the issues that take place in Russian and foreign scientific theory about the problems of development and interaction of financial science and financial law. The problems are presented through the prism of the interdependencies of economics and law,financial science and the theory of financial law. The author expresses hypotheses about the development of financial science and financial and legal theory,highlights the connections and differences between the subject,the conceptual-categorical apparatus,and the institutions that predetermine close relationships and dependencies at the interdisciplinary level.
