摘要：After the Industrial Revolution,the aim of an enterprise was only to earn maximum profit. Thinking has changed since then. Now it is believed that it should contribute to the development of the area of its operations. The Government of India has also made it mandatory. Tata Steel is following this policy from the very beginning of its establishment in early 20th century. It has contributed to the improvement of public health in the area of its operation and beyond.
