摘要：The response rate is frequently seen as the most important criterion for assessing the quality of a survey. Every survey methodologist, however, knows that the response rate of a survey tells only part of the story. There is more than meets the eye and both response rates and the composition of survey nonresponse should be evaluated critically. There are multiple reasons for this.
