摘要：The aim of this study was to assess the effect of corporate governance on the competitive advantage of private hospitals in Amman city. The study population was comprised of 7 private hospitals out of 40 hospitals,and there were several administrative levels in the analytical unit (general managing director), deputy general manager,department heads,employees) where they numbered (240) employees,and the analysis unit sample was (150) questionnaires were distributed,(125) were retrieved,and it was valid to use (121) questionnaires. The most interesting of the findings was that the statistically significant impact at the significant level is (α≤0.05) in applying governance in the competition advantage with combined dimensions (transparency, equity,independence) in private hospitals in Amman with their combined dimensions (cost,efficiency, creativity). The study recommended several recommendations,of which the main one was the need to maintain the dimensions of governance in private hospitals and training their staff on how to benefit from the dimensions of governance..
其他摘要：هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ف تعر أ ثر الحوكمة املؤسسية في تحقيق امليزة التنافسية لدى املشافي الخاصة في مدينة عمان. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من سبع )7 )مشافي خاصة من أصل )40 )مشفى، وتكو نت وحدة التحليل م ن مختلف املستويات الدارية )مدير عام، ن ائب مدير عام، رؤساء األقسام، املوظفين( حيث بلغ عددهم )240 ) موظفا، وكانت عينة وحدة التحل يل )150 )وقد تم توزيع )150 )استبانة، وتم استرداد )125 ) وكان الصالح منها لالستخدام )121 )استبانة. توصلت الدراسةإلى مجموعة من الن تائج أهمها : وجود أثر ذ ي دللة إحصائية ع ند مستوى دللة)05.0≤α )لتطبيق الحوكمة ب أبعادها مجتمعة )الشفافية، العدالة ، الستقاللية( في امليزة التنافسية بأبع ا دها مجتمعة )التكلفة، الجودة ، البداع( في املشافي الخاصة في مدينة عمان . وقد أوصت الدراسةبعدد من التوصيات كان أهمها ضرورة استمرار ا ملشافي الخاص ة في تطبيق أبعاد الحوكمة، وكذلك ضرورة تدريب موظفي هذه املشافي على كيفية الستفادة من أبع اد الحوكمة. .
