摘要：The justice system was unprepared for the dangers of the Coronavirus pandemic,both in Poland and everywhere in the world. However,the need for safeguarding fundamental civil rights,such as human life and health,has always been the highest priority. In this note the measures aimed to protect every during the pandemic in Poland were studied and concluding remarks to be learned were proposed.
