摘要：The current study aimed at identifying the degree of practising creativethinking skills from the point of view of the teachers of social education in theWadi Al-Seer District in the capital of Jordan. In order to achieve the objectiveof the study,a questionnaire was developed consisting of(44) paragraphdivided into five' areas: (fluency,flexibility,originality,paying attention todetails and skills of sensitivity to problems).The sample of the study consistedof all teachers of social education (1o5) in the Wadi Al-Seer District in theCapital Governorate of Jordan.The 'sample of reliability was excluded fromthe total number of the population,and incomplete questionnaires werediscarded.Thus,the sample of the final study consisted of(75) teachers.Theresults of the study showed that the degree of practising creative thinkingskills by the teachers of the social education in the Wadi Al-Seer District in theCapital Governorate of Jordan was medium in all dimensions.There were nostatistically significant differences due to gender variable in all dimensions ofthe study except for the dimensions of originality skill and the tool as a whole,in favour of females.There were no statistically significant differences due toa variable of years of experience in all dimensions of the study and the toolas a whole,except for the skill of originality,in favour of experienced teachers( 1 1 years and above).
其他摘要：ي السير مبحافظة العاصمة الأردنية ملهارات تنمية التفكري الإبداعي من وجهة نظرهم أنفسهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة مت تطوير استبانة مكونة من )44 )فقرة موزعة على خمس جماالت هي: )مهارة الطالقة، ومهارة املرونة، ومهارة الأصالة، ومهارة التفاصيل، ومهارة احلساسية للمشكالت(. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات الرتبية االجتماعية يف لواء وادي السير مبحافظة العاصمة الأردنية البالغ عددهم )105 ) ً معلما ومعلمة، ومت استبعاد عينة الثبات من إجمايل عدد املجتمع، وكذلك االستبانات التي مل تستوف شروط التحليل الإحصائي. وبذلك تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من )75 ) ً معلما ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة معلمي ومعلمات الرتبية االجتماعية يف لواء وادي السري مبحافظة العاصمة الأردنية ملهارات تنمية التفكري الإبداعي كانت متوسطة يف جميع املجاالت. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية تعزى إىل متغري اجلنس يف جميع جماالت الدراسة باستثناء جمال مهارة الأصالة والأداة ككل، وجاءت الفروق لصالح )الإناث(، وعدم وجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية تعزى ملتغري سنوات اخلربة يف جميع جماالت الدراسة والأداة ككل باستثناء جمال مهارة الأصالة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي اخلربة )11 سنة فأكرث(.هدفت الدراسة احلالية التعرف إىل درجة ممارسة معلمي ومعلمات الرتبية االجتماعية يف لواء وادي
