摘要:Social capital and knowledge sharing can be defned as the most important asset of educational organizations. The current study aims to assess the effect of social capital dimensions on the knowledge-sharing intention of physical education teachers in Fars province in Iran. To realize this research, a feld study was conducted on 268 physical education teachers. Analysis of a moment structures (AMOS) version 18 and statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 18 were applied for data analysis and hypotheses testing to fulfl the research objectives. To measure the validity and ftness of the model, Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) has been applied. The fndings indicate that the social capital dimensions had a signifcant and positive effect on knowledge-sharing intention among physical education teachers. The fndings also highlight the signifcant role of social capital elements in predicting physical education teachers’ intention to participate in the process of knowledge sharing.
