摘要：In this research we study the dynamics of a prey-predator system, where predator has two stages, a juvenile stage and a mature stage and are harvested by two different groups of fishermen. The existence of possible steady states along with their local and global stability is discussed. We obtained the condition for permanence of the system. We analyzed optimum management of these fisheries and determined optimal levels of stock, effort and catch using a hypothetical set of parameter values.
