摘要：Optimum management of a particular fishery is discussed. For this purpose a multifleet deterministic bioeconomic model is developed and applied. It is illustrated the way in which an effort tax can achieve an optimum exploitation. Using the data from the North East Atlantic Cod (NEAC) fishery, optimum levels of stock, effort and tax by fleets are determined.
