摘要：Updated data for fossil fuel emissions of CO₂ show a decline of 1.3% during 2009. This ended a decade with strong increase in the fossil fuel CO₂ emissions. The regional differences in the change in the CO₂ emissions are substantial for 2009. The share of coal as a fuel has increased since 2002 and this continues also in 2009.
