摘要:The aim of this study was to examine the factors affecting the management and leadership style and managerial perceptions of managers in leading Turkish companies. The empirical research was conducted with the participation of top-level managers in the top 500 companies of Turkey and the data was statistically analyzed using the Poisson Regression Model. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was found that the number of employees working in the organization and the leadership and management styles of the managers, have significant effects on managerial perceptions of the managers. Therefore, it is suggested that the study will enable an understanding of the decision making processes of top management in Turkey.
