摘要：In recent years, the small- and medium-enterprise cluster has gained fast and healthy development in Shandong province, what contributes a lot to the regional economic development. However, its development still confronts many problems and barriers. Based on a deepening research and analysis on the development of small- and medium-enterprise cluster in Shandong province, this paper puts forward a general strategy and development thought to drive the healthy development of small- and medium-enterprise cluster in Shandong province, according to Shandong’s present situation.
