摘要：The relevant research on capital and sports has proved that human capital, social capital, psychological capital is important for the athlete growth, the three-dimensional capital of them can be used to measure the value and growth situation of athletes. Based on this theory, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of athlete growth, and uses exponential equation to build the three-dimensional capital model of athlete growth evaluation, then carries on the empirical study to verify the model through factor analysis.
