摘要：For a long time, in the "History of Foreign Law" teaching, there are some common problems as following problems: lagging teaching content, outdated teaching methods and means. In order to solve the above problems, Xiangtan University carried out fruitful reform and innovation of the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching methods in "History of Foreign Law" teaching.
