摘要：As the foreign exchange management mode undergoes the conversion from direct-management to indirect-management, foreign exchange and financial supervision system have being perfected by relative department. Especially in recent years, financial laws and regulations have got further regulation adjustment. However, in the whole financial law system, foreign exchange control in the whole system. So, consummating the currency law in force has become the most significance in building laws of foreign exchange.
