摘要：This paper focuses on the efficiency of China’s new Anti-monopoly law. The monopoly enterprises seriously influence the equality of social distribution. In China, the “State-owned enterprises monopoly” is a controversial argument items. It has great influence on the efficiency of the anti-monopoly law enforcement. In this paper, this problem will be discussed.
