摘要:We studied the effect of Brachionus urceus culture media filtrate on colony formation and growth of both Scenedesmus obliquus and Microcystis aeruginosa under laboratory conditions. Exposure to the rotifer culture media filtrate promoted colony formation in S. obliquus, while no colony formation was observed in M. aeruginosa. In addition, no significant difference in the growth rate was detected between the control and the treatment in either S. obliquus or M. aeruginosa.
