摘要:In this article such ceremonies are pointed out as are common to all Shintoistic performances no matter in what else each particular service may consist. Four such common rites are described, namely 1) the calling down of the Superior Being, 2) the offering of sacrifices, 3) the recital of official prayer texts by the authorized ministers, 4) the sending off of the Superior Being after conclusion of the respective ceremony. Connected with these different stages of a Shinto worship detailed descriptions are given also of how the Shrines are arranged, what sacred utensils and vestments the ministers are using, what offerings are made and how these are dedicated to the Gods, what prayers are recited and how they are sung. After perusing these descriptions on can grasp how the Shinto believers are impressed by a special presence of the God realized by the supernatural power which the prayer texts possess and that the essence of the worship consists in a personal contact and communication with the friendly beings of the supernatural world. /// [Chinese] 本文指出在一切神道祀典中其共同之儀節有四:(一)降神,(二)献祭 品。(三)司祭誦祝詞。(四)於各儀式完畢後送神。作者除敘述此四種儀節外, 更詳細說明其‘神宮’之如何設置,司祭用何祭器祭服,備何種祭品並如何献之於 神,誦何祝詞及如何誦法,由此種種說明,讀者可明瞭信神道者之如何深信祝詞之 具超自然力,足以使神靈降臨,以及神道祭祀之本質之爲人與神靈相接,心意之 傳達。
