OGE Energy hires new staff attorney

David Page

William J. Bullard has joined OGE Energy as staff attorney.

He received his law degree in 1975 from the University of Oklahoma. His practice focus includes utility law with an emphasis on Oklahoma Corporation Commission and administrative law.

Bullard was assistant attorney general, charitable foundations for Ohio from 1976 to 1978 and served as administrative assistant to Rep. Mike Synar, D-Okla., from 1979 to 1982.

He was assistant attorney general, utility regulation and environment for Oklahoma from 1983 to 1985 and first assistant attorney general from 1985 to 1987.

In 1987, he became a partner at Synar and Bullard, which became Williams, Box, Forshee and Bullard in 1990.
