Rockville atty. appointed as State Prosecutor
StaffRockville attorney Robert A. Rohrbaugh was appointed as the State Prosecutor yesterday by Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. A former Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland and the Deputy Chief Counsel/Senior Investigative Counsel to the U.S. House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, Rohrbaugh's practice now focuses on products liability cases involving child restraints. If confirmed by the Senate, Rohrbaugh will serve a six-year term and succeed Stephen Montanarelli, who died in May after a four-year battle with cancer.
