Charles visits Paris to collect 'green' award
ROBERT JOHNSONBy Robert Jobson in Paris
PRINCE CHARLES today returns to Paris for the first time since the death of Princess Diana.
However, he is not expected to visit the Alma road tunnel where Diana's car crashed in 1997, killing her, her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and their drunken driver Henri Paul.
Amid tight security, the Prince will meet President Jacques Chirac and will collect a top award for his environmental work.
He is expected to give a speech in French reiterating his message that green issues must remain high on the agenda.
Charles is to hold private talks with M Chirac but will avoid discussion of the Gulf crisis - although he is understood privately to be against military action.
