Seeing the light on small ships - Letters - Letter to the Editor
Mike DelaneyWe have just returned from our "best ever" cruise onboard the Cape May Light (Delta Queen Coastal Voyages). It was our first cruise on a small ship, and we found it even better than anticipated. This was an inaugural cruise for the ship, and we wish the vessel much success. Everything went smoothly and the crew was exceptionally friendly.
We sailed for 14 days from Halifax, Nova Scotia, to Buffalo, New York, with approximately 155 others on this beautiful ship. Most tours at the various ports were included and very interesting, and we enjoyed sailing from the rugged Atlantic to the metropolitan cities of Quebec, Montreal, and Toronto.
Thanks to Michael for the winning bingo games, Miriam for tidying our room so early, and Mike for the scrumptious meals. We highly recommended this cruise for those, who want more than a suntan and sandy beaches, and enjoy history.
