SCREAM RAPE

THREE armed men wearing masks from the horror movie Scream raped two women after forcing their way into a house.

The men tied their terrified victims to a bed before taking turns to rape them. They were armed with knives and a handgun and wore skull masks from Scream.

Police said the attackers were in their 20s or 30s. They burst into the house in Saffron Walden, Essex, after one of the women answered the front door.

A police spokesman said the attack lasted for 30 minutes and the gang stole "a number of items from the women's handbags" before fleeing. He added that the men were all around 5ft 4ins tall.

One wore a brown jacket while the other two had black jackets. One was also carrying a red and black rucksack.

After the attack the women, both in their 20s, freed themselves and raised the alarm.

The police spokesman said: "They are all quite small men and may have been seen before or after the attack.

"We think they may have known their victims."
