4 seats for credit unions

3 seats for CUNA

2 seats for Credit Union System affiliates

1 seat for the American Association of Credit Union Leagues

1 seat for the Association of Corporate Credit Unions

1 seat for the State Credit Union Foundation Development Network

1 seat for a non-credit union cooperative or consumer organization

Nominees must have a "strong interest in the goals and mission of the Foundation," notes outgoing Chairman Carl Stewart.
