COCA-COLA CAKE RECIPE (FINALLY) FOUND: Many thanks to the multitude of readers who sent along their recipes for Coca-Cola Cake.

Coca-Cola Cake and Icing

2 cups unsifted flour

2 cups sugar

2 sticks margarine or butter

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup Coca-Cola

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs (beaten)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Combine flour and sugar. Heat margarine or butter, Coca-Cola and marshmallows until it boils. Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Mix well.

Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Beat. Pour in greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Ice while hot.

Coca-Cola Frosting

1 cup chopped nuts

3 teaspoons cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

1/2 cup margarine

6 tablespoons Coca-Cola

Combine margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat well, add nuts. Spread over hot cake.
