Joshua Goehner, a senior at Ferris High School, has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Goehner's project was to refurnish the fireplace benches at his church camp in Post Falls.

Goehner, the son of Randy and Barb Goehner, plans to attend Gonzaga Law School upon graduation.

Thomas Cuilla has graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Cuilla, a project manager with Itron in Spokane, previously earned a bachelor's degree from Cardinal Stritch University.

ITT Technical Institute of Spokane has announced the graduation of the following area residents:
