NUSH Nowak of Big Brother 'fame' has a new boy.

Good for her, but who really cares?

It amazes me how these so-called celebrities continue to hold sway in people's imaginations.

What did they do except appear on TV - and too boringly often in my opinion.

Basically they allowed themselves to be imprisoned with total strangers for public scrutiny and voyeurism.

Are these the credentials for stardom?

Whatever happened to the ability to act, inform, entertain, sing or even, with special relevance to Big Bro, vaguely entertain?

All these 'stars' did was annoy us with the trivial details of their dreary lives and, sometimes, surprise us with their inability to get on like civilised people.

Can we all let them sink into the oblivion they so richly deserve please?
