Walker keeps adding to long record of achievement

I'm a native Topekan, retired military and race walker who as of Aug. 13 had walked a total of 140 miles in five days, which is 28 miles a day. This isn't bad for person of 67 years, is it? I like the record keeping of race walking.
I now live in Lansing, and walk 100 miles a week. I sure wish I could be in your activities. I have been race walking since 1978.
Listed here are my personal lifetime events and times:

1954 --- Selected For the All Star Communication Zone basketball team, Orleans, France.
1956, '57 --- Selected For the Fort Campbell All Star Football Team.
1957 --- Managed the 11th Airborne Post Gym, Fort Campbell, Ky.
1965 --- Instructed students at Saigon Senior High School, Saigon, Vietnam.
1965 --- Instructed students at Vietnamese National War Orphans School, Saigon.
1961 --- Vienne long jump and 400 meters championships.
1961 --- Poitou Regional Long Jump and 200 meters championships.
1961 --- Selected For All Poitou French Regional Track and Field Team, Tours, France.
1961 --- Select for UFOLEP French National Track and Field Championships, Macon, France.
1962 --- Venne long jump, 400 meters championships.
1962 --- Poitou regional 400 meters, long jump and 4 x 100 relay team championships.
1962 --- Selected For All Poitou French Regional Track and Field Championship, Sables d Olonsue , France.
1962 --- Selected For UFOLEP French National Track and Field Championship, Lorient, France.
1962 --- Coached track and field team at Poiters U.S. Military High School.
1964 --- Nominated for the U.S. Olympic track and field trials.
1964 --- Coached track and field team in White Sands, New Mexico.
1982 --- Received Regional Director Award for walking over 100 miles and weight training.
1988 --- Virgina Senior Olympics track and field championships, 100 meters, 50 meters and long jump.
1989 --- Washington, D.C. Senior Olympics track and field championships, long jump.
1994 --- Received Presidental Award for Walking and Good Health Training, Lansing.
1987 --- U.S. Department Of Energy 3K Walking Championship, Washington, D.C.
