Great job covering important topics

The August issue was one of the best. The religion/sexual orientation article was clear, objective and packed with great insights and information. Two other articles also stood out. Paul Falcone's "The Business Partner Model" and Martha Frase-Blunt's "Making Exit Interviews Work" were both particularly well-written and reminded us of the importance of both the strategic and tactical sides of HR. You took on some thorny challenges in this issue and are to be applauded.
