U.S. Wireless Data Inc. announces termination of transaction negotiations

BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1995--U.S. Wireless Data Inc. (NASDAQ:USWDA) Friday reported that negotiations that had been in progress since November 1994 regarding a transaction that would have provided the company with necessary operating capital, have been terminated.

As a result, the company does not currently have the resources necessary to finance its business operations and obligations. The company is currently exploring all options available to it.
