The Asia Tigers Fund declares dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1995--The Asia Tigers Fund Inc. announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $.022 per share payable in cash or stock on May 31, 1995 to the shareholders of record on May 25, 1995 with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 1995. This distribution represents ordinary income of $.022 per share.

The Fund is a closed-end management investment company that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in Asian equity securities. The Fund's shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GRR."
