Therma-Wave Austin expands Austin, TX staff

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1995--Therma-Wave has announced a staff expansion and relocation of its Austin, TX area facilities.

This new facility houses Therma-Wave's Austin staff including increased field service, applications support and sales personnel. "This office will support the rapidly expanding customer base of Opti-Probe film thickness measurement systems in the Austin area," said Stan Gray, Therma-Wave's central region sales manager.
