Angela Greer, an account assistant on the AT&T Wireless team, is a 2001 graduate of Gonzaga University. She most recently worked with the Spokane Shadow soccer team in promotion and sales.
Travis Griffith, a University of Washington graduate and former Seattle radio host, is an account coordinator for AT&T Wireless. Previously, Griffith was a communications specialist for the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Deanna Hildenbrand has been named an account executive on the AT&T account. An Eastern Washington University graduate, Hildenbrand previously worked in corporate communications for Telect and Avista Corp.
Anelise Brasch has been promoted to director of accounting. Brasch is an Eastern Washington University graduate and previously worked as the accounting coordinator for WhiteRunkle.
Marsh has made the following staff additions:
Brian Olsen has been hired by the pollution liability department. Olsen is also attending Eastern Washington University where he is majoring in English. Previously, Olsen worked for Marsh in the private client services department as a technical assistant.
Tom Schmitt has been hired by the benefits department as an account executive for Jan Wigen. Schmitt previously worked at RSKCO/ Alexis Risk Management Services as a claims administrator.
Holy Family Hospital has made the following additions to its medical staff:
Dr. Jonathan J. Lee has joined the hospital in the practice of pediatrics. Lee received his medical degree in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, and then completed a pediatric residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
Dr. Mark C.W. Whitman has joined the hospital in the practice of emergency medicine. Whitman received his medical degree in 1998 from the New York Medical College, and then completed an internship and residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, N.Y.
Dr. Debra A. Kontny has joined the hospital in the practice of general, vascular and thoracic surgery. Kontny received her medical degree in 1989 from Michigan State University, and then completed an internship and residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
KUDOS:
Gust J. Kallas Jr. has been promoted to director of international fraud management at American Express. Kallas, a Central Valley High School graduate, will be responsible for developing fraud prevention controls in American Express Authorization and Merchant Point of Sale systems. Kallas recently completed his master's degree in executive management from New York University.
Cozza Optical Inc.'s co-owner/vice president Barbara Cozza has achieved the designation of licensed dispensing optician (LDO) and joins the LDO staff of Sam Cozza, Rose Martin and Joe Amann. Cozza Optical has locations downtown, on the North Side and in the Valley.

Patricia Dahmen-Ray, co-owner of Ray's Demolition, has been named president of the board for Executive Women International, a nonprofit organization comprised of businesswomen from around the world. Ray's Demolition, founded in 1961, specializes in commercial and industrial building demolition, material salvage and interior renovation. Dahmen-Ray has been associated with the company since 1979 and with Executive Women International since 1994.
