CrimeStoppersn B Reward offered -- /B Police are asking for help in identifying and locating those responsible for breaking into the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company in north Topeka, damaging the interior of the business and stealing money.
CrimeStoppers has offered a reward up to $1,000 for information that would help police identify and find the vandals.
The burglary occurred during the weekend of July 11-12 when someone cut a hole in the southwest corner of the security fence that surrounds the business at 2625 N.W. Topeka Blvd., police said. The suspects then entered through the rear of the building after prying open a door.
Once inside, the suspects did an estimated $7,000 in damage and took an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
